The ELPIDA Foundation provides moral and psychological support to sick children and their families, complemented by the assistance offered by the Foundation’s social worker. It has organized and maintains psychological support services for children, adolescents, and young adults who were treated at the Pediatric Oncology Unit, have recovered, and are now facing life's challenges. With the assistance of a psychologist and a social worker, these services have expanded, and a psychological support program for parents is now also in place.
